We hold regular social and support groups throughout North-East Essex which are vital to prevent people with lower support needs falling into a crisis and needing intervention from specialist support services.

Drop in Sessions and 1-1 Support

We hold regular drop-in sessions throughout Colchester and Tendring. They offer a friendly, safe space to meet the team, receive practical advice and information as well as accessing support. Some are held in community spaces such as cafes and others at local schools.
