Throughout the year we hold several in-person (face-to-face) workshops. These workshops are an excellent opportunity to improve your knowledge, engage and ask questions throughout the workshop and network.
An interactive face-to-face classroom session. The aim is to increase knowledge and confidence around autism and related subjects, as well as provide everyday short and long-term strategies for people with autism and those in a supportive role.
Small numbers to ensure maximum participation and individualised support throughout the day.
Meet and network with like-minded individuals whether that be parent to parent or in a professional capacity.
Sessions are organised and structured to specific client groups – the general public, parents, people with autism, and professionals.
Sessions have opportunities for discussions and activities, as well as sharing experiences in a confidential, respectful environment.
Maximum participants 8.

This 3-hour workshop is an opportunity to gain a better understanding of our sensory systems, in particular why people with autism may have sensory differences. This workshop will explore our senses in-depth, outline how we process sensory information, and what can happen when we have sensory processing difficulties. We talk about strategies that may help people with sensory processing difficulties and how small reasonable adjustments can support an autistic person to function effectively in different environments.
