They are legally bound to not use your information for any purpose other than provide their services to us. How we store your information Your information will be stored in secure file shares and on SharePoint, our cloud storage service from Microsoft. Any forms you or our staff complete about you will be kept in our Vantage database. Both of these services have restricted access, so only the relevant teams and IT (for support only) have any access to your information. Vantage can access your information, but contractually they may only do so on our specific instruction, if we need technical support.
