Our Fundraising Manager and eight supporters of Autism Anglia have just completed a two-day, 25m charity walk of Hadrian's Wall in the beautiful Nortumberland National Park to raise money for the charity.

They joined walkers from Autism Hampshire and the North East Society so were all raising money for autism and shared many similar life stories.

It was a challenging trip; 5-6 hours of walking each day with 24km covered on day one and a further 20.3km on day two, plus some steep climbs and decents along the way. But the views and sense of acheivement really did make it all worthwhile.

I have so many memories and experiences to process. The trip was everything I had hoped it would be, but also so much more than I expected. I am so pleased I did it and to have met all of you.

We have all made some amazing memories and even better friendships, raised awareness of autism and of course vital sponsorship to help us with our work. Thank you to Anna, Sharon, Helena, Tansy, Lily, Bekki, Clara, Corina & Tianna - you are all wonderful.

You can still add to the groups overall fundraising by visiting JustGiving/Hadrians Wall and clicking on the Give Now button.
