Community Connect deliver early intervention, support, and information that is easily accessible and tailor made to suit your needs.

The aim is to support children and young people (aged 0-25) and their families to navigate the Neurodevelopmental Disorder (NDD) pathway. We can also help to prevent you reaching a crisis point. A confirmed diagnosis is not needed and we can offer this service, if appropriate, either via a self-referral, or signposted by a service practitioner or community partner.

Another focus is to inform local organisations and the wider community about autism to reduce stigma and improve acceptance and understanding.
