The client to be offered a person-centered appointment for the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2).

A letter will be sent detailing the date, time, and appointment process.

A video call for the Autism Diagnostic Interview (ADI-R) will also be arranged with an informant (a contact who can provide a developmental history assessment on the person to be assessed).

• Approximately two months before the appointment unless a cancellation slot is offered:
• Client will receive a request for any additional information (which will be emailed before appointment).
• The Diagnostics team will request that the client contacts their GP so they can provide a medical summary.
• Full payment will be due, minus the payment for screens (credit card payment option is available).
