Supporting our LGBTQIA+ community
We want to create spaces where everyone in our communities can thrive, no matter what their sexual orientation may be.
Through opportunities, celebrations, and events, we believe we can do our best to promote kindness and support for all, as well as raise the profile of associated conversations and awareness, so that those in the LGBTQIA+ community feel heard and celebrated.

Neurodiversity in the LGBTQIA+ community
Have your say 📢🏳️🌈
As part of our ongoing strategy to shape the services and opportunities we provide, we would love to hear from anyone in the LGBTQIA+ community who also identifies as neurodivergent. This includes autistic people, those with ADHD, and any other neurodivergence.

We’re here when you need us.
Our Community Connect Team offers help and advice to children and young people under 25, and their families. You don’t need a diagnosis of autism to get help, either.
Our service is free for families living in Colchester & North-East Essex, as well as Norwich & Mid-Norfolk.
Due to funding, our Community Connect team can only support people in this area. If you need help and live in another area, visit our Resource Hub where you’ll find helpful advice and guidance on a range of topics.
