Autism Anglia’s 21 Challenge – conquer 2021 your way!

We asked you to take on a challenge for 2021 to support Autism Anglia and boy did you rise to the occasion! 

Billy and his dad decided to cycle 21 miles and raised a whopping £435.

Billy and his two old brother's have ASD and his mum was diagnosed five years ago, aged 40. Billy's mum told us that she contacted Autism Anglia in the past and was given advice when the boys were struggling at school and for employment advice for my eldest son.

"I had to go on a waiting list because you were so busy and that is why Billy wanted to raise money for you, so that you can get more help"


Mahli and Mílanya read 21 books in 21 days and raised an incredible £972 after getting their school and local bookshop involved too! 


Fi and Andrea walked 21km (in matching leggings!!) "We are raising funds for AA as we both have autistic children and my friend's daughter attends Doucecroft


Anna covered a distance of 210km over the 6wks of the challenge through a combination of running, walking and cycling. Anna is the charity's Fundraising Manager so wanted to prove that she could join in the fundraising as well as promote it to others! 


Ross completed a 21.21k run followed by a 21.21mile cycle ride covered a distance of 210km over the 6 weeks of the challenge through a combination of running, cycling and walking. "I have never done both running and cycling back to back before, so I thought I’d push it to the next level here and raise money for a wonderful cause for something that needs more recognition at the same time"


Andrea & Aimee took their 21 challenge to the extreme by completing a 21 mile run.. on the 21st March.. starting at 21:00hrs! Both are teachers at Doucecroft School and took on their challenge to inspire the pupils at the school.
