Team Leader

Location: Peldon - Essex

Pay Rate: £12.10 per hour PLUS joining bonus of up to £150

Hours:   Full time – 37 hours per week

 You will be integral to the team, supervising the support workers and leading by example with active support and promotion of independence for the people we support. You will be responsible for keeping care plans and documentation up to date as well as supporting day activities and being creative with new ideas.

 Your main duties will include:

  • Supervising the staff team along with the other Senior staff
  • Demonstrating excellent person-centred support and leading by example
  • Ensuring effective record keeping and care plans are up to date
  • Leading keyworker meetings and ensuring consistency of support

 Experience:

  • Experience of working with individuals with ASC or learning disability (essential)
  • Experience of leading and motivating a team (desirable)
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent (desirable)

 It is essential that the successful applicant holds a full driving licence.
