Salary:           £8.21 per hour (£15,796 per year pro-rata for part time) + Weekend Enhancements + Sleep In payment

In your role you will provide daily support, promoting personal development skills and strategies, encouraging access and participation in society and through community based activities.  You will ensure the quality of support meets identified needs and keep up to date and accurate records.  

We are looking for someone who shares our commitment for high quality support and experience specifically within autism is valued but not essential for this role as full training will be given. 

Given the specific requirements of this role we are looking to appoint a male support worker (full driving license desirable) as an exemption under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1.
