As the administrator for student records you will have responsibility for all pupil records across the school, ensuring accurate records are kept and filed effectively in line with school policy.

Your main duties will include:

  • Responsibility for all information concerning all students.
  • Coordinating student’s annual reviews and ensure that relevant personnel are advised.
  • Ensuring that paperwork is prepared for student meetings including report and statement objectives from Class Teacher, and proof read all documents.
  • Arranging dates for review meetings with parents and professionals.
  • Collating all paperwork after final review meetings and adjusting reports as a result of the meeting.
  • Liaising with members of staff to ensure timely submission of reports.

Our ideal candidate will be extremely organised with excellent attention to detail and ideally have the following experience.

  • Experience of providing an effective administration service – essential
  • Experience of working in a school setting - desirable
  • Experience of providing administration support for student/pupil records and annual reviews - desirable
  • Experience of planning and arranging a calendar of meetings and organising required paperwork - essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and proof reading skills - essential
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook - essential
