Salary:  £27,409 - £31,875 per annum, pro-rata for part time.

Due to development and expansion of Adult Services, a fantastic opportunity is now available to work within an innovative and forward-thinking PBS and Therapy Team of a well-established regional charity. Autism Anglia provides ongoing training and supervision, continuing professional development and support as well as an extensive induction on commencement of employment.

As a member of the PBS and Therapy Team for Autism Anglia’s Adult Services you will provide Occupational Therapy for people with autism.

Your main duties will include:

  • Assessing and reviewing the individual sensory needs of the people we support
  • Provision of an outcomes focused approach, promoting engagement in meaningful activities for the people we support
  • Delivering individual and group therapy where required
  • Development of specialist sensory areas
  • Delivering training to the wider team to develop their skills and knowledge in sensory processing disorder and sensory integration


  • A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Sensory Integration Practitioner status (applicants near to completion will be considered)
  • Experience of working with individuals who have autism
  • Competent clinical knowledge of the sensory processing needs associated with autism
  • Experience of delivering a Sensory Integration approach

It is essential that the successful applicant holds a full driving license.
