Skydive
Join Autism Anglia for the
challenge of a lifetime!
Saturday 12th July 2025
Congratulations – you’ve taken the first step in doing something truly amazing for autism!
Why Skydive?
What could be more exhilarating than freefalling for 50 seconds doing speeds in excess of 120mph, followed by the tranquil feeling after the parachute opens of taking in the stunning views of the Norfolk and Suffolk coastline?
You will receive a full briefing on the day and of course be securely harnessed to your tandem skydiving instructor, before landing safely in front of your friends and family.
With just a £50 deposit you can secure your spot on our Skydive Day – and if you raise sponsorship of £350 or more – your jump will be free!

“I absolutely loved the freefall, and would definitely do it again!”
Join our team
Join us on the 12th July and be part of a team of supporters all doing something amazing for autism.
We will be there to welcome you, cheer you on (from the ground!), and spoil you afterwards.
Everyone taking part will get a free Autism Anglia t-shirt to wear during your jump, and a certificate afterwards as thanks for your amazing fundraising.

What could be better than sharing the experience with friends, family or work colleagues? You will share the same plane going up and land within minutes of each other – plus be able to relive that feeling of freefall with them over and over again.
If you can’t find anyone else brave enough to join you in the skies then you’re welcome to bring them along to watch. Who knows you might inspire them to do it one day!
Everyone will be welcomed as part of Team Autism Anglia.

Yes, you can join in with our Charity Day later in the year – 25th October – or choose a different date which suits you. It may mean that we can’t be there to cheer you on though. Visit our events page
We have partnered with UK Parachuting for our charity jumps for over 10 years.
They are based at Beccles Airfield in Suffolk – in a little village called Ellough, NR34 7XD

We recommend you arrive an hour before your jump time in order to get kitted up and briefed. There is a cafe on site where you can get hot/cold drinks, snacks and meals.
It’s a small, friendly site where you can also sit and watch other people doing their jumps.
Please allow at least 3 hours for the whole experience.
The minimum age is 16. There is absolutely no upper age limit!
A self-declaration medical certificate is required and will be sent to you before booking. Regardless of age, you do not need to get a medical form signed by a doctor to take part in a Tandem skydive.
If you have any concerns about physical disabilities the centre would be happy to discuss this with you. Please call UK Parachuting on 01502 476131
Yes. The Weight limit for a Tandem Sky dive is
Male 15 stone 8 pounds (100Kg’s) with clothing.
Women 15 stone 6 pounds (99Kg’s) with clothing.
You may be weighed on the day and if over this limit, won’t be able to jump.
Absolutely. There’s plenty of outdoor seating where your supporters can gather. You can be with them until your plane takes off, and then you will land on the field right in front of them.
Dogs on a lead are also welcome. .
We ask that you raise a minimum of £350 for this event. We will support you along the way to reach this target but most people raise this through friends, family and colleagues on their JustGiving pages. Our fundraising pack has tips to help you.
If you don’t think you will reach this target, there is always the option to self-fund the skydive (whilst also aiming to fundraise). You will need to pay the balance of £180 on the day and anything you raise will come straight to Autism Anglia.
