Your role:

Joining our team at a pivotal time as we implement our Recruitment & Onboarding modules within our HRIS (iTrent), and in the creation of a dedicated Resourcing Team, you will be at the forefront of delivering an innovative service, with impactful recruitment campaigns and raising our profile through networking and developing key relationships.

Your team will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting and onboarding.  You will support and work alongside the Resourcing Assistant(s) in driving innovation within our recruitment practices, increasing our reach and diversity of potential candidates, developing our brand as an employer of choice and delivering excellence in administration, processes and relationship management.  You will also contribute towards and develop our recruitment strategy, workforce and talent management plans including Apprenticeships and Volunteer Management.

You will bring a wealth of resourcing experience to our team and ideally will be CIPD Level 5 or above qualified, with broad knowledge of employment law and compliance around Right to Work and pre-employment checks.  A positive approach, with the ability to work creatively and manage multiple campaigns, build significant relationships and the drive to deliver service excellence, your career and development will be supported to flourish within an exceptional culture which truly values personal wellbeing and a team ethos.
