Terms and Conditions for Diagnostic Screening

1. The £199 payment for screening will be deducted from the invoice for the assessment appointments for clients that proceed to assessment.
2. The screening questionnaires and breakdown of results are not a formal diagnosis. They are simply indications of the presence or absence of characteristics associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD and the impact on day to day life.
3. Autism Anglia will conduct eligibility and risk assessment checks before deciding to place clients on the waiting list.
4. Completing the online screens can at times feel overwhelming as it explores a person’s difficulties, alongside their strengths. It would be worth thinking of people that you can talk to or who will support you, such as family, friends or professionals.
5. Other questionnaires may be required further through the assessment period, dependent on client consent e.g. from a teacher or informant. These will be co-ordinated by the diagnostic team without additional screening charge.
6. Our assessment charges are under review. Depending on the timing of assessment, our assessment rates may change. Any amendments to charging structures will be notified to clients.
7. Autism Anglia reserve the right to withdraw the offer of an individual assessment or close the service entirely, at our discretion.
