As part of our Facilities and Health and Safety Team this role will provide onsite maintenance support for Autism Anglia’s Norfolk 2 residential properties in Dereham and Norwich.

Your main duties will include:

  • Responsible for general maintenance, ground and decoration across the sites in Norfolk
  • Have regular contact with the Facilities Manager to ensure the correct monitoring of planned work and available budgets
  • Responsible for completion of the maintenance log
  • Conduct heath and safety checks including reporting any issues

Experience:

  • Experience of general property and/or grounds maintenance in a similar role
  • Good understanding of health and safety principles and maintaining safe environments to work in
  • Although not essential, it would be advantageous to have a working knowledge of risk assessments and COSHH regulations and a background in either health and social care or 3rd sector

It is essential that the successful applicant holds a full driving license. A small van will be provided to carry out your duties.
