For many autistic people and their families across East Anglia, the festive season can be as overwhelming as it is joyful.
At Autism Anglia, we make sure no one has to face it alone.

Jolly Jumper Week
This December, we’re turning festive fun into life-changing support!
Jolly Jumper Week is a week-long campaign from the 7th to 11th December inviting local businesses, schools, club, teams, and families to get involved.
All you have to do is coose your day to wear your Christmas jumper for autism!
All donations raised will go directly towards supporting autistic people and their families across East Anglia during the festive season and throughout 2027.
Your generosity will help provide essential services, advice, and activities that make Christmas less overwhelming and the year ahead brighter for those who need it most.

Pick a day between the 7th to 11th December. It could be your office Christmas meal, team celebration, party or just for fun!
Don’t forget to let us know & order your pack in advance.
Dig out your most festive jumper, T.shirt or sweatshirt, whichever is most comfortable. Then wear it proudly on the day to work. The brighter, the better – or whatever works for you!
Hand over your £2 (or more if you wish!) to your event leader! Every participant helps make a real difference to the lives of autistic people and their families across East Anglia.

Host a ‘Bake it Merry’ bake sale
Invite everyone to create a festive bake and sell them on the day. Adding treats to Jolly Jumper Week celebration always adds that little extra magic!
Run a ‘Deck Your Desk’ competition
If you are celebrating in the office, why not offer a prize to the best dressed office desk! Your workplace will become Insta-ready in a flash!
Run a ‘Holly Jolly draw’
Collect some festive prizes and run a Christmas-themed raffle in your office, school, club, or just at home with friends and family.

And when the party’s over and once you have collected £2 (or more!) from each of your participants, simply send your total donation via the link below.
Our Community Connect Team help children and young people under 25 and their families throughout the year as well as through the festive period.
Our service is free for families living in both Colchester & North East Essex and Norwich & Mid-Norfolk, and can assist with advice and support on such things as:
– Behaviours that may be hard to manage.
– Navigating support, school transitions & big life changes.
– Completing DLA (Disability Living Allowance) & PIP (Personal Independence Payment) applications.
– Plus much, much more
