Salary:        £21,000 pro rata per annum

As part of our HR Business Partnering team, this role will be involved in a wide range of activities to support the delivery of a highly professional and effective service. 

Your primary focus will be as first point of contact and advice for our residential and day services within Norfolk. You will also have regular contact with our HR Shared Service team and provide support for recruitment and administrative tasks, in addition to being involved in wider organisational engagement initiatives and project work. 

Travel to Head Office in Colchester and our other sites within Norfolk and Essex will form part of this role and access to own transport will be essential due to the rural locality of some of our services. 

To excel in this role you will have the ability to establish effective working relationships and demonstrate a flair and passion for innovation, process change and improvement. You will be managing a varied caseload, working autonomously, and will need to be confident in managing your time and drawing on your knowledge of employment legislation. 

Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified, or working towards, you will have experience of working within an HR environment, preferably with a background in either Health & Social Care or 3rd Sector.
