Location: Head Office, Colchester with travel to other locations

Salary: £21,000 - £26,000

As part of our HR Business Partnering team, this role will be involved in a wide range of activities to support the delivery of a highly professional and effective service. 

Your primary focus will be as first point of contact for our school and services across Essex and Norfolk.  You will work closely with our HR Assistant to provide a joined-up approach and will provide recruitment support along with general advice in addition to being involved in wider organisational engagement initiatives and project work. 

Travel to our sites within Essex and Norfolk will be required and access to own transport will be essential due to the rural locality of some of our services.

You will be joining us at an exciting time as we modernise our HR function and implement a new HRIS so we can provide our customers with a first-class experience.

To excel you will have the ability to quickly establish effective working relationships and demonstrate a flair and passion for innovation, process change and improvement.  You will be managing a varied caseload, working autonomously, and will need to be confident in managing your time and drawing on your knowledge and experience of working within a busy HR environment.
