Location: Head Office - Colchester, Essex 

Hours: 28 hours per week (35 hours per week pro rata). 

Salary: Band 6 £24,285 - £27,826

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our friendly team who deliver a specialised service for people with autism living within our residential and supported living homes. 

To excel in this role you will have the ability to establish effective working relationships, work collaboratively and have a commitment to develop your own and others knowledge and understanding of autism.  You will be managing your own caseload, working autonomously, and will need to be confident in managing your time.  

You will have a recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and hold a registration with HCPC, in addition to having a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.  Postgraduate training in Sensory Integrations Level 1 – 3 is desirable.  Experience working with people with autism / severe learning disability is essential, along with the ability to provide high quality professional advice and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.  We welcome applications from individuals who share our values for excellence and quality, placing care at the centre of everything we do.
