Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 dependent on experience

You will provide operational management to our Supported Living Services alongside another Registered Manager and work in partnership with the Deputy Managers and the Area Service Managers to provide a quality service. Leading and supervising staff in positive behaviour and good working practice at all times.

Your main duties will include:

  • To take responsibility for all aspects of the operational management for a cluster of Supported Living homes, ensuring a high quality personal approach in order to meet the needs of the service users.
  • Working closely with the Area Service Manager to ensure that best practice is achieved and staff are supported in line with our policies and procedures
  • To liaise internally and externally with key stakeholders and professionals including Autism Anglia’s multi-disciplinary team, housing providers and local authorities.
  • To actively monitor staff retention and service recruitment needs, liaising with Human Resources, co-operating with fellow Managers and supporting staff through the recruitment and induction process.
  • Lead on Assessments and Transitions for internal and external referrals for your Service Area. 


  • Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership or willingness to work towards – Essential
  • Experience working in a similar role and at a similar level in order to demonstrate relevant competence required for the role – Essential
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current legislation and guidance for supporting people with autism – Essential
  • Ability to effectively lead and proactively manage resources and staff - Essential
