We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time HR Administrator to join our HR team, to ensure the smooth running of the HR Shared Service, undertaking HR administration duties of the full employee life cycle in line with policy and processes and procedures in place.

Your main duties will include:

  • Ensuring personnel data, files and HR Database are fully up to date and stored in line with legislation and organisational policy.
  • Undertaking pre-employment checks including references and DBS.
  • Processing employee contract changes on HR Database and drafting contract variation letters.
  • Supporting the Resourcing Advisor at all stages of recruitment to assist with advertising vacancies, calling candidates, setting up interviews.

Our ideal candidate will be friendly and enthusiastic and ideally have the following experience:

  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role (E)
  • Experience of providing administration support in a busy environment (E)
  • Experience of filing systems and HR or customer databases (D)
  • Experience of carrying out Disclosure and Baring Service (DBS) checks (D)
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook (E)
  • Experience of minute taking (E)
