Autism Anglia has an exciting position available within its Fundraising and Communications team. You will be responsible for engaging with existing and potential supporters of the charity and developing new avenues for raising funds. You will also be responsible for developing and nurturing the charity’s membership scheme which currently contains over 600 individuals.

As an engaging, creative and effective all-round communicator, you will work as part of a friendly and dynamic team. Your main duties will include:

  • Management and development of the charity’s Annual Membership scheme.
  • To communicate with and encourage community fundraisers in their efforts to support Autism Anglia, and to accurately record and acknowledge their support.
  • Assisting with and attending events/meetings to raise awareness of and funds for Autism Anglia.
  • Developing further relationships with corporate donors.

Experience:

  • IT literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc) – essential
  • Well-organised, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - essential
  • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) grade A-C – essential
  • Experience of working with a CRM database - desirable
  • Experience of fundraising or working with a membership scheme – desirable
