 As Resourcing Advisor you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment life cycle ensuring there are the right levels of staff with the right skills, knowledge and understanding to meet the needs of the organisation. This is a new, exciting and varied role, which reports into the HR Manager and sits within a very busy HR Department.

Your main duties will include:

  • Delivering an effective recruitment service to the Organisation.
  • Working closely with the HR Manager and HR Director to review all current recruitment processes and procedures, including implementation of an online recruitment system and online DBS checking service.
  • Working with service and department managers to oversee recruitment processes so there are sufficient staff with the right skills to satisfy the immediate and future needs of Autism Anglia.
  • Reduce the need for the use of agency temporary staff by proactively recruiting optimum staffing levels.
  • Scrutinising the organisation’s duty management system to ensure effective rota management and to control agency cost, ensuring sufficient staffing levels across all services.

Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, confident and professional with excellent attention to detail and ideally have the following experience. 

  • Previous in house or recruitment agency experience (E)
  • Experience of managing the recruitment and selection process at all stages (E)
  • Experience of sourcing candidates through different media platforms, including social media, job boards, networking and advertising (E)
  • Proven ability to utilise various methods of attraction to prospective candidates (E)
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (E)
