This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established regional charity as we continue our systems transformation project through an integrated HR and Payroll system.

As project lead, you will act as a subject matter expert for HR processes and systems, to support the successful implementation of our new HRIS iTrent and managed payroll service.

You will establish strong and effective stakeholder relationships, both internally with the HR and Finance Teams and externally with our provider MHR.   You will work alongside our HR Managers and Shared Services to ensure that process improvements are identified and implemented as part of the project.  You will also lead on our compliance, information and reporting requirements including data analysis for Board reporting.

You will create and provide relevant training, user guidance documentation and toolkits to service users and upskill the knowledge of the HR Team as appropriate.

Strong project management skills and a record of successfully delivering similar projects are essential for this role, as is knowledge of iTrent and intermediate use of Business Objects / SAP.   Highly effective stakeholder management and communication skills, will also be vital and the ability to develop and build knowledge of key users, including the HR team.  It is essential that the successful applicant holds a full driving license and has access to their own transport.
