We are looking for a HR Administrator to work within our HR Service Centre. This role works with a small team and reports to the HR Manager. The focus of the role is to provide efficient management of HR processes for the whole employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, changes and leavers.  This will entail keeping accurate records of employee files on our new HR information system, iTrent, ensuring standard letters are issued accurately and queries into the department are managed professionally and within agreed timelines.  In return we offer a supportive work environment, the opportunity to study towards CIPD Level 3 and further development with career progression. 

Your main duties will include:

  • HR Admin
  • Working with our internal system iTrent
  • Recruitment
  • Processing changes
  • Provide support to Mangers and employees 


  • Administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

It is desirable that the successful applicant holds a full driving license.
