We are looking for a highly motivated individual with great communication skills to assist with all the administration of our External Training Department. You will be responsible for accurately recording training records, booking training, liaising with external stakeholders providing information. You will assist with developing systems suitable for storing and sharing training information. You will have the opportunity to learn skills of being a trainer, being mentored by our trainers to help develop both your administration and training skills.

 Your main duties will include:

  • Responding to training enquiries and requests from external sources
  • Use of the charity’s database to record and log training records and bookings
  • Make the necessary enquiries for possible training venues and liaise with the point of contact to book venues.
  • Assist the trainers with producing PowerPoints, videos, and all training related resources.
  • Working with the marketing and communications team to advertise Autism Anglia training, production of online courses, ensuring training information and all records kept on the website up to date.


As part of the Apprenticeship you are expected to be working towards your Level 3 in Business Administration supported through a local college.

  • IT literate (word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook) (E)
  • Knowledge and experience of virtual training platforms (Zoom, Microsoft teams) (D)
  • A flexible, positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive approach (E)

It is desirable that the successful applicant holds a full driving license.
