This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established regional charity.  Autism Anglia provides ongoing training and supervision, continuing professional development and support as well as an extensive induction on commencement of employment.

You will be responsible for delivering a brand-new Employment Programme to autistic adults to help them gain skills & strategies to embark on employment, work experience or volunteering opportunities and develop through training, development and individual support.

Your main duties will include:

  • Overseeing delivery of a seven-week training programme delivered both online and face-to-face to small groups by various autism/employment facilitators.
  • Supporting autistic individuals requiring more complex support and advice
  • Building relationships with local employers who are interested in employing autistic individuals
  • Organising two Job Fairs to bring together autistic job seekers and local employers
  • Positively promoting autism and the benefits of employing autistic people


  • Experience of working with job seekers
  • Experience of working with autistic individuals
  • Experience of the benefits system and Welfare Rights

It is essential that the successful applicant holds a full driving license and has access to their own transport.
