Our Supported Living packages assist Service Users to reside in their chosen accommodation by providing individual support that enables them to live as independently as possible.

The variety of needs and support an individual requires in the different areas of their life, such as accompanying them to activities of their choosing or assisting with day to day living experiences, are catered for through a care package designed around them.  The service actively encourages participation in indoor and outdoor activities, further education, attending Autism Anglia Opportunity Centres and other local facilities.

To ensure best practice the service is managed by a multi-disciplinary team with access to communication aids and sensory equipment which is reviewed and put into practice where needed.  The team can also give advice and support to staff, parents and carers.
