You will provide night-time support in a supported living setting to people who are within the autistic spectrum, as well as completing cleaning and laundry night staff duties. This role has a genuine occupational requirement for a female worker and has met the standards set out in the Equality Act through proportionate means of achieving a legitimate aim. Your main duties will include: Supporting individuals during the night within their home based at one of our supported living provision. Supporting individuals with evening and night-time activities, personal care and administration of medication if required. Completing the night staff tasks, as per the rota, including cleaning, laundry duties and ironing. Maintaining accurate records and supporting risk assessments for individuals, attending best interest meetings and reviews if required. Producing support plans for night-time needs. Experience: We need people who share our passion for making a difference and although experience of working with autism would be valuable, it is not essential for this role as full training will be given.
