 Based in our Central Business Service in Colchester with regular visits to all Autism Anglia projects you will fulfil a busy role supporting the effective delivery of FM and Fleet services. As an integral member of a diverse team you will spend time with our Facilities and Health & Safety Managers as well as maintenance operatives, school and Adult Services colleagues and external contractors. This is a great opportunity to expand your admin skills in a friendly team at the heart of delivering the best possible service and outcomes for the people we support.

 Your main duties will include:

  • Supporting the Facilities Manager with day-to-day administration and delivery of FM services across residential care, supported living, school and office sites across Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk.
  • Maintaining contractor records including insurance and compliance checks
  • First point of call for all fleet queries including booking servicing and repairs, vehicle moves and upgrades.


  • Previous experience in an administrative role with strong IT skills (essential).
  • Previous experience in Facilities Management support (desirable).
  • Knowledge of basic Health & Safety legislation (desirable)
  • Able to manage a varied role and take own initiative to prioritise (essential)
  • Team player with resilient outlook and ‘can-do’ attitude (essential)
