Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to our open training sessions, where places are booked individually.

All training must be paid for at the time of booking. A place cannot be guaranteed until you have made payment.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations received 28 working days before the date of the course will be eligible for a full refund or you may be offered the option to transfer your booking to another date. If you have booked your training course within 28 days of the date of the course, you will not be entitled to a refund but will be offered to transfer to another date.

Delegate Rate

The price per delegate for each of our training courses will be specified on our website, and published materials.

Course Date Transfer

Autism Anglia reserves the right to alter, or cancel, a training course due to circumstances outside of its control (e.g. adverse weather conditions, illness/unexpected unavailability of a trainer, lack of internet connection for virtual training). Every effort will be made to give as much notice as we can, although this may not always be possible in some circumstances. Should an event of this nature happen, we will endeavour to reschedule your course as soon as possible. In these circumstances, if you cannot attend the rescheduled date, or another suitable date, we will offer a full refund.

Data Protection

The personal information provided by you will be held by Autism Anglia in accordance with our privacy policy and used to manage your attendance at the training event.

Intellectual Property

All course materials are owned by Autism Anglia and supplied for your personal use only. You are not authorised to redistribute or use commercially.

Conduct

We strive to create an accessible, welcoming, and safe learning environment for all participants. All attendees are expected to follow venue rules and behave respectfully. The training provider reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or in breach of these standards. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
