Help is only help if it does what you need...

It’s a simple concept but one that sits in the centre of our Outreach Programmes. Outreach is a service to help you with any aspects of your life you may need some extra support with; it is support provided within a home or organisation which is not managed by Autism Anglia (not one of our supported living or residential establishments).

This isn't a one size fits all service, this is about you and your family.

Perhaps you’re looking for support once school life stops and adult life begins, or perhaps your family or carers need some respite support, or maybe you’re looking for trained and experienced professionals to support you access the wider community and expand on your life skills. Outreach is available to anyone over the age of 16 years and can be from a few hours per week/month to full-time hours, and short-term support contracts are also available.

We accept direct referrals, or support can be privately funded or funded through local authority through direct payment/personal budget. A referral for this will need to be made to social care, who will complete financial and care assessments prior to approving funding. At this time, we are unable to provide support across the entire East Anglian region, so to discuss coverage specific to your area/location please call 01206 577678 or contact us.
