Our Services 

Adult Services offer specialist support to adults aged 18 onwards within our Residential Services, Supported Living, Outreach Programme and Opportunities Centres in Essex and Norfolk. Our holistic approach encourages adults to develop new skills, create opportunities and build confidence to live more independently in the community. It is the aim of Adult Services to ensure the changing needs of the person we support are recognised and every person lives in housing specifically suited to their needs and wishes. CQC Ratings

We strive to provide and develop a range of services and life opportunities for adults with autism which are specialised, of high quality and well resourced. We continually seek to improve and provide models of good practice which are nationally recognised. All our services are independently inspected by and are fully compliant with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).  Reports can be found here.


Positive Behaviour Support 

Our overall ethos a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) framework, which rooted in person-centred values, aiming to increase personal skills and competence whilst placing emphasis on respect for the individual. The employment of our own Team (Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Clinical Psychologist) and the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) team show our commitment to these values.


Supporting the Individual

All of our services focus on supporting the individual, encouraging independence, choice and compatibility. We will endeavour to match staff to the needs of those who we support, considering personality and interests. We listen to and encourage those we support to have goals and aspirations and will continually seek out employment opportunities.
