E325 - Team Leader, Colchester

The role of Team Leader will include the day to day responsibility for the running of one of our Residential services in Colchester, which will be in close liaison with the Deputy and Registered Manager. Providing daily support to people who are within the autistic spectrum, you will be actively supporting and encouraging the people we support to carry out their daily routines and both in house and community based activities.

E324 - Awake Night Support Worker, Intensive Service Support, Peldon

You will provide night-time support in a residential setting to people who are within the autistic spectrum, as well as completing cleaning and laundry night staff duties.
