Sky Diving
If you are thinking of doing a skydive why not check out
UK Parachuting, easily accessible from Greater
London, Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire,
Hertfordshire and Birmingham.
Skydive Zone also supports Autism Anglia. You will find us listed as
one of their nominated charities - they will do all the hard
work for you - all you have to do is jump out of the plane!

Becky
Wilson, Michelle Byatt, Caroline Freeman
and Michelle Cole all took a
skydive on 23rd July 2011 and have raised around
£700 for Autism Anglia!
Not only did they have to contend with the actual
jump, but also unseasonable weather (hail!) at the
time, which made it a doubly unforgettable
experience.
The ladies held a car boot sale and other
fundraisers to raise money for their skydives. Well
done to all of you! |

Swimming
Our very own Speech & Language Therapist
Bethan Franklin (pictured right) and husband Chris,
decided to take part in the Great East Swim on 11th
June, a one mile open water swim at Alton Water in
Suffolk. Bethan completed the swim in 47 minutes 25
seconds, and Chris in 35 minutes 31 seconds.
Extremely well done to both of you!
Together they have raised £320.00
for Autism Anglia and the British Heart Foundation!
